Dietmar Sawyere, owner and executive chef of Forty-One Restaurant, is very excited to announce that Berowra Waters Inn has reopened. A 50 minute drive from Sydney's CBD, Berowra Waters Inn provides in one visit a taste of some of the best cuisine Australia has to offer with unique panoramic views of the Hawkesbury River's stunning sandstone cliffs. Designed by Glenn Murcutt, the whole experience will remain with you forever.
